We, at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, understand that times are challenging for many of our customers. With new rates having gone into effect on January 1st, we want to ensure that our customers are aware of the financial assistance options available to them.
• Request a payment plan by contacting the Cleveland Division of Water at (216) 664-3130 to make satisfactory payment arrangements.
• Contact our Customer Service department at (216) 881-8247 or email@example.com or visit neorsd.org/save to discuss whether you qualify for one of our cost-savings programs.
• Inquire about CARES Act funding available for utility assistance during this COVID-19 crisis from CHN Housing Partners at (216) 574-7100 or the Council for Economic Opportunity in Greater Cleveland at (216) 696-9077.
