Jeanniece Jackson, MBA recently joined MidTown Cleveland, Inc. this past September as the new Marketing and Special Projects Manager. Ms. Jackson grew up in Cleveland Heights, and attended John Carroll University (JCU) as an Arrupe Scholar (c/o ’12), earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in Management, concentration in Leadership, and minor in Entrepreneurship. Following graduation, she immediately returned to JCU and obtained her Master of Business Administration degree with a Marketing concentration (c/o ’14). Ms. Jackson’s professional work experience includes strategic management of marketing, human resources, and legal projects for non-profit and for-profit organizations, which led to the founding of her management consulting company, Flowing Brooks Enterprises, LLC. Ms. Jackson’s favorite hobbies include writing original poetry, singing Christian music, shopping, and spending time with friends and family. You can find Ms. Jackson at MidTown overseeing marketing communications across the MidTown Cleveland, Cleveland Health-Tech Corridor, and AsiaTown Cleveland brands.
Chelsey Kovar is the new Business Outreach Specialist on MidTown Cleveland, Inc.’s Economic Development Team. A self-proclaimed ‘localvore,’ Chelsey is passionate about shopping small and supporting local businesses. Before coming to MTC, Chelsey served as Director at the Parma Area Chamber of Commerce, where she focused on helping businesses, organizations and the community grow & thrive. Now working in Cleveland, Chelsey is focused on development in underserved communities and providing businesses with support, resources, and opportunities. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering & dancing with the Cleveland Dance Project.
